Also known as biohazard cleanup, in the beginning government employees actually provided a service by referring to one or two biohazard cleanup companies. Times changed, and before long many biohazard cleanup companies came to exist. A need for employee referral no longer existed.
Holding their control, their monopoly over crime scene cleanup, employees in Los Angeles, Orange County, Baltimore, Las Vegas, New York City, and many other places kept their monopolies. Many time employees did not know other employees did the same.
Local government employees sometimes colluded for department control. This way they excluded other employees from their corrupt practices. Many types of local county employee corruption exist in the crime scene cleanup employment field.
Expect government employees to own their own biohazard cleanup company. Expect them to hire friends, family members, and others in their own departments.
As a result, they control employment. .
Go to school. Go to community college. Study nursing. Study auto mechanics.

The signs are everywhere that our society polarizes as the rich and corporations gain wealth. Meanwhile the rest of us lose out. It's the same thing with this type of county and city corruption. This corruption I call "cronyism." It helps lead to inequality.
